Castleisland to host national barbecue cooking contest
The Crown Hotel in Castleisland will host a national barbecue competition next month.
Grill Master Ireland is an annual event showcasing the best in barbecue.
Five finalists will compete against each other over three days – September 24 to 25 – where they will be given numerous challenges that will showcase their cooking skills.
A street food and Artisan food exhibition will run alongside the main event.
“We would like to invite street food vendors and artisan food producers to come and set up for the weekend and sell their wares to the crowds attending over the weekend. This exciting event will be family friendly and of interest to barbecue enthusiasts and foodies,” said organiser James Bull.
Potential exhibitors can contact James on 089 4015125.
