The closing date for the Liebherr Apprenticeships Programme 2020, specifically for Mechanical Automation and Maintenance Fitter, Metal Fabrication and Electrical is today (Friday).

Interested applicants are advised to send an up-to-date CV, a copy of Leaving and Junior Cert results and a cover letter specifying the role that you are interested in and why to apprenticerecruit.lcc@liebherr.com.

Now entering their 61st year, apprenticeships at Liebherr Container Cranes continue to provide young people with a fantastic opportunity to gain internationally recognised qualifications from one of the world’s leading companies.

Liebherr has invested heavily in their apprenticeship programme in recent years, building a state-of-the-art workshop and developing strong partnerships with SOLAS, the state body with responsibility for training and further education, and with the Institute of Technology in Tralee.

Graduating apprentices get a dual qualification, a Level 6 Craft Certificate and a Level 6 Higher Certificate in Engineering from the IT Tralee. Graduates can build on their higher certificate in Engineering and progress to degree level should they wish to do so.
