Cronin looking for fourth pro victory in Alicante

Kerry boxer Kevin Cronin will have his fourth professional fight in Spain this weekend and the light heavyweight is seeking his fourth consecutive win in the professional ranks.
His opponent was not yet known at the time of going to print but Cronin will be in action in the Guardamar Arena in Alicante on Saturday evening, with the fight being streamed on the Boxing Ireland Promotions Facebook page (facebook.com/loveirishboxing).
Cronin, nicknamed The Kingdom Warrior, has announced that the bout will be shown live at the Harbour View restaurant in Killorglin. It is believed that around 100 fans will be present at the fight itself.
The Milltown native’s stock is steadily rising in the boxing world. He picked up his third win in March of this year when he stopped Bosnian Boris Mrkonjic in Luxembourg.
The fireman has his sights set on national titles and European titles and he will be hoping that Saturday’s fight is another step in the right direction.
