Six Glenflesk schools to twirl centre stage for reunion dance

HERE'S a chance to relive the good old days as past pupils, friends and neighbours of six Glenflesk schools are all welcome to trip the light fantastic at a school reunion dance in Killarney on Friday, February 17.
The event, which takes place in The Gleneagle Ballroom at 8.30pm, will involve Raheen, Barraduff, Knockanes, Glenflesk, Clonkeen and Knocknabro national schools. Music will be provided by the Uí Bhriain band. “Friends, partners or anyone associated with the six schools are all very welcome,” said spokesman Damien Switzer. “All proceeds raised will go to Glenflesk GAA and Barraduff Community Field.”
