Garth Brooks not coming to Beaufort – locals confirm
By Sean Moriarty
There have been no sightings of Garth Brooks in the Beaufort area and there won't be - it has been confirmed.
The Oklahoma-born Country Music superstar is due to play his first of five sell-out concerts in Croke Park on Friday night.
Rumours are rife that the ‘Friends in Low Places’ singer will spend time in Kerry in between the five gigs and the national media have linked him to Beaufort House.
However, the owners of Beaufort House have confirmed to the Killarney Advertiser that the venue is unavailable as there is a wedding booked in during that period.
