Kerry star Murphy puts on his dancing shoes
R
Rathmore GAA and Rathmore Ladies football club return again this year with Strictly Come Dancing. This year’s theme is Hollywood so each dance will be based on a specific song from a well-known movie.
Dance choreographer extraordinaire Joe Burkett is at the helm again, producing this year’s event which promises to be a fantastic night of entertainment.
12 men and 12 women have volunteered to be put through their paces, including Kerry footballer Paul Murphy who is doing some of his pre-season training on the dance floor this year.
Last year’s event was a roaring success with over 1,000 people in attendance on the night and the organisers hope that this year is better than ever.
Tickets are €20 and all funds raised go towards Rathmore Ladies football club and Rathmore GAA.
