Hotel group go green to help environment

The Hayfield Family Collection has partnered with Irish reforestation organisation, Reforest Nation. And as part of their ongoing sustainability efforts, the hotel group will kick off with their ‘Green Friday’ promotion next week.
It's all about their commitment to the environment; instead of a traditional sale, this ‘Green Friday’ event will see a native Irish tree being planted for every voucher sold and hotel stay booked during the four day period from Friday November 25 to Monday the 28.
Hayfield Family Collection have also updated their new line of voucher boxes, packaging and gift bags to be fully recyclable and in most cases, fully biodegradable, as well.
"We are delighted to partner with Reforest Nation, and look forward to working closely with Gearóid and his team," Michael Jacobi, Managing Director at Hayfield Family Collection, said.
"As a company we are always looking to further improve our sustainability practices, and reduce our environmental impact."
