Killarney Community College’s therapy dog, Jet, has successfully graduated from the ‘My Canine Companion’ therapy dog training programme.
Jet, along with 20 other school therapy dogs, attended a special graduation ceremony at the Radisson Hotel in Little Island, Cork.
The graduation ceremony marked the culmination of months of hard work and training for Jet and his primary handler, Liz.
The therapy dog program has been instrumental in providing emotional support and comfort to students at Killarney Community College.
A number of students from the school were in attendance to celebrate Jet’s achievement alongside his handler, Liz, and Mr. O'Reilly.
