Coffee morning for Kenyan summer camp
O
On August 7 coffee morning will be taking place in Royal Hotel in aid the Kenya Education Project. Funds raised will facilitate the running of a summer camp which will take place in the village of Embulbul in late August.
Volunteers Katie O'Connell and James Greene will organise a week of fun activities for needy children in the slum village before they return to school. Activities will include arts and crafts, fun games, trips and life skills.
Last year's camp was very successful and helped 30 young boys and girls. This is a very worthy cause so be sure to pop down to the Royal Hotel on August 7.
