Brown Sugar reaches Blas na hÉireann Final

There's a buzz of excitement in Brown Sugar Café and Daly's SuperValu this week as their signature Brown Sugar Loaf has been named as a finalist in the prestigious Blas na hÉireann food awards.
The beloved bread, known for its soft texture and slightly sweet taste, has been a customer favourite since the café opened its doors in 2010. Its popularity led to its introduction in Daly's SuperValu, where it has become a staple for many.
The bakery team at Brown Sugar Café pride themselves on their early starts, ensuring fresh bread is available from 7am daily. They are thrilled to be competing at the national level and eagerly await the announcement of the winners on October 4.
“Our team of Bakers start early each morning ensuring that fresh bread are available from 7 am” said proprietor Derek Daly. “We are delighted to be a finalist in Blas na hÉireann 2024 and looking forward to Friday, October 4 when the winners will be announced.”
