Aoibhe donates 20 inches of hair to Rapunzel Foundation
W
Well done to 9-year-old Aoibhe Bartlett from Firies who recently cut 20 inches off her hair for the Rapunzel Foundation. Aoibhe had been growing her hair for the past two years.
Aoibhe is donating all the money that she has raised to Fuchsia Comfort Fund, St Columbanus who did an amazing job caring for her granddad, Tim Bartlett of Coolgraine Park. Tim’s first anniversary occurs in August.
A special mention also to Deirdre Lyne of Halo Hair Salon, High Street for doing such a fantastic job cutting Aoibhe's hair and to all who contributed.
The Rapunzel Foundation is a charitable organisation that works to improve the lives of those living with hair loss through fund-raising as well as through hair donations.
