Ain’t No Mountain High Enough….
THEY say “what goes on tour stays on tour”, but try telling that to this week’s Chatroom guests.
We were delighted to welcome homegrown heroes Niall Dennehy and Pat Sheehan to The Chatroom.
The Glenflesk pals reached the summit of Africa’s highest mountain, Kilimanjaro, on New Year’s Eve in inspirational fashion, in the process raising funds for the Irish Kidney Association.
They tell Killarney Advertiser Editor Eve Kelliher about the experience and share some timely insights into setting – and keeping – New Year goals.
The pair weren’t slow about revealing a few insider secrets – including the best way to silence a snoring tent mate.
We also hear all about Niall’s weightloss journey which saw him shed an impressive 10 stone over the past year.
Pat of course had plenty of tips; He runs Pat Sheehan Health and Fitness wellness centre at Club Vitae Leisure Centre, Hotel Killarney, and another weightloss centre in The Loft Fitness Studio in Millstreet.
