Local singer’s Christmas tune to fill shopping centres nationwide
Local singer-songwriter Mary Culloty O’Sullivan is set to bring a touch of festive cheer to shopping centres across Ireland this Christmas season.
Her self-penned song, ‘Christmas Bells’, has been selected for a Christmas playlist that will be played in popular shopping centres such as the Ilac Centre, Dundrum Town Centre, and Crescent Shopping Centre in Limerick.
In addition, O’Sullivan has recently been honoured with an award at the Red Carpet Awards in Europe. This international recognition acknowledges her significant contribution to the music industry.
To celebrate her success and give back to the community, O’Sullivan is organising a Christmas fundraiser on December 1, at 3 pm in Listowel Community Centre.
He special guests are the Killarney Community Singers, North Kerry Community Choir, Frances Kennedy (renowned storyteller) , Muiris O Laoire (poetry) Dolores Carroll (poetry) .
“A huge thank you to my Musical Director Tony O Flaherty who has brought my songs to life and is an integral part of my success. He will also be accompanying myself and my singers at my forthcoming fundraiser,” she said.
All proceeds from the event will benefit Asiam, the Autistic Charity.
