Man released without charge over fatal assault

A man in his 40s, arrested as part of the investigation into a fatal assault in Tralee on Wednesday last, has been released without charge.
The man was detained following the death of Thomas Dooley who died at Rath Graveyard in Tralee while attending a burial, while his wife was seriously injured in the incident.
A file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
