Five Transition Year students from St Brigid's headed off to Brussels, after submitting winning entries to the Future of Europe Competition (COFEU).
Ali O'Donoghue, Avril Ahern, Anna Cashman, Eilís Mullane and Gemma Murphy got the amazing opportunity to visit the European Parliament and take part in political discussion with MEP Billy Kelleher. This trip highlighted the importance of young people's views and opinions when it comes to shaping the future of Ireland within the EU.
