The Shire launch tasty new menu
T
The Shire have launched an exciting new food menu aimed at providing even more delicious options to hungry customers. The popular Lord of the Rings themed bar, which is owned by well-liked entrepreneur Ollie Favier, started serving food for the first time in 2017 and their mouth-watering gourmet burgers went down a treat with locals and tourists alike. Now they’re hoping that this new menu will help satisfy a broader selection of tastes, with a whole host of appealing snacks to choose from.
As well a firm favourites like the Smeagol’s Cheese, Two Towers and Fires of Mordor burgers, customers can now sample Saruman’s Steak Sandwich, chilli con carne, fajitas, quesadillas and nachos in addition to a kids menu and plenty of scrumptious sides.
The kitchen in the lively tavern has been expanded which, in turn, has allowed them to delve into other kinds of cuisine. The emphasis, however, will remain on quality. All ingredients are locally sourced and of the highest possible calibre. Check out their Facebook page or visit theshirekillarney.com for more information.
