A sparkling way to branch out in Killarney
T
THE switching on of the Killarney Memory Tree sparked huge excitement in town throughout the festive season and the good news is you still have a chance to enjoy the spectacular tree in all its glory.
The Memory Tree, in the grounds of Holy Cross Mercy National School on New Road, commemorates loved ones who were also remembered in a special Mass in St Mary’s Cathedral. The tree will be lit nightly until this Saturday, January 6, the Feast of the Epiphany. All proceeds will go to Holy Cross Mercy School.
