Young camogie players happy to be back in action

Killarney Camogie Club were delighted to welcome 28 new and returning Under 8s and Under 10s to Spa GAA Hall on Bank Holiday Monday for their first indoor session of 2024.
It was a fun gathering for the kids with lots of games, running, learning new skills and making friends.
Coaches Sarah Dineen, Kate Lynch, David Gillespie, Martin Mulready, Patrick Palmer and Seán Casey were on hand to put the youngster through their paces, with assistance from Kerry underage stars Orla Cronin, Caoimhe Dineen, Tiarna Dineen and Megan Gillespie.
The club is grateful to Spa GAA for the use of their fantastic facility and to all the local schools and volunteers who distributed leaflets last week.
Training resumes next Monday evening from 6-7pm. Hurleys & helmets can be provided. Only need to wear runners and bring a bottle of water. Tryout sessions are free.
