Killarney Cougars ready to pounce as National League season gets up and running

The Cougars enjoyed an impressive winning run towards the end of the 2023/24 season which ensured they avoided the relegation places.
The Killarney side will again be led by local Coach Patrick O'Regan, who helped secure wins on the road against the Galway Titans, Waterford Vikings, a big derby win over Scotts Lakers, and a stunning 102-99 home win over the league leaders Drogheda Wolves.
The Cougars open the new campaign away in Galway against the Titans. The October schedule matches against Waterford, the Lakers and the Limerick Celtics.

The team will be captained by young Jack Lynch, the tenacious local guard who embodies the Cougars’ fighting spirit having come through the club’s juvenile ranks.
