Welcoming visitors from Scottsdale as part of town-twinning link
Killarney’s town-twinning programme continued on Monday when local representatives welcomed visitors from Scottsdale, Arizona, to the town hall.
Mayor of Killarney Cllr Martin Grady, along with Sean Counihan and Sheila Dickson of the Killarney Twinning Association, hosted Megan and Maureen Dobbin at the council chamber.
The visit is part of Killarney’s ongoing efforts to strengthen ties with its sister cities, which include Scottsdale and Phoenix in Arizona, USA.
During the visit, Megan Dobbin signed the official visitors’ book at Killarney Town Hall.
