Tributes to Cork man who lost his life on Muckross Road

Tributes have been paid to the young man who died on the Muckross Road on Saturday night.
Darragh Sheehan (26) who was from Doneraile in North Cork was believed to be visiting the town with a group of friends. The circumstances of his death are the subject of a Garda investigation.
He was laid to rest on Wednesday morning at Oldcourt Cemetery in his home village.
An employee of the Mallow based EPS Group, colleagues described him as a quiet, diligent and conscientious member of staff.
“Darragh was a valued member of our manufacturing workshop team since he joined us in 2017. He was a pleasure to work with, a quiet, diligent and conscientious team player who will be sadly missed by all his colleagues. We offer our heartfelt condolences and support to his family and fiancée at this terrible time,” EPS managing director Pat Buckley told the Killarney Advertiser.
His survived by his parents Tom and Hannah, brother of Kevin and sister Fiona and fiancée Karen.
