Traffic chaos at St Oliver’s needs to be addressed

A Killarney councillor is calling for a dedicated drop off and pick up zone at St Oliver’s National School during peak times.
With back to school less than a month away, newly appointed councillor Martin Grady does not want to see a return to the chaos that has blighted the Whitebridge, Ballycasheen and Woodlawn areas during school times in recent years.
“It’s complete chaos and gridlock for the parents, bus drivers and guardians dropping and collecting their children from schools ,” he told the Killarney Advertiser.
“There’s been a number of minor collisions. It makes it very difficult for the residents of Ballycasheen and Whitebridge and Woodlawn to access their homes.”
