The Brehon Chef Series launched
The Brehon Hotel and Spa has announced the inaugural event of its new Brehon Chef Series.
This exciting series will bring together renowned chefs from around the world to collaborate with The Brehon's talented culinary team.
The first instalment, on October 2, and billed as ‘Brehon Meets Breton’, promises to be a culinary highlight, featuring the exceptional skills of Stephane Delourme.
Delourme, a celebrated chef with deep roots in Brittany, France, is known for his innovative approach to seafood and his passion for showcasing regional flavours.
Having worked with Michelin-starred restaurants and renowned chefs like Rick Stein, Stephane brings a wealth of experience to The Brehon Chef Series.
"I'm excited to collaborate with The Brehon and share my love of Breton cuisine with Irish foodies," he said. "This event is a unique opportunity to showcase the incredible flavours and traditions of both regions."
‘Brehon Meets Breton’ will offer guests a multi-course dining experience that blends Irish and Breton culinary influences.
From locally sourced seafood to traditional Breton dishes, the menu will be a culinary adventure.
