This year's Cruinniú na nÓg programme is currently being planned and organisers want to hear some suggestions from young people. It's a day for young people to get creative - and again this year the free event, taking place on Saturday, June 12 - will be online.
In advance of the day, Kerry County Council’s Arts Office is looking for feedback from children and young people themselves about what they would like to see included in this year’s programme.
“We want to hear from children and young people themselves,” Kate Kennelly, Arts Officer, said.
“This is their day for creativity – it’s a chance for them to try out new things, or learn more about art forms they are already interested in. There has been a lot of learning around online events in the last year and I am sure it will be a great day for children and young people. Online allow for events to reach audiences and participants from every corner of the county.”
Email the Arts Office at arts@kerrycoco.ie for a short questionnaire on what activities and events you would like to see happen for this year's Cruinniú na nÓg.
