Students raise funds for mental health charity
Transition Year students from St Brigid's Presentation Secondary recently organised a Valentine's fundraiser called 'Galentines Day' just before before Midterm Break for the Kerry Mental Health Association.
Students Hayley O'Callaghan, Maeve O'Connor, Clodagh Lucey, Ava O'Neill, and Olivia Gaffey are pictured presenting a cheque of €505 to John Drummey, General Manager of Kerry Mental Health Association. Great credit is due to the girls for organising a fundraiser for such a worthy cause!
TYs who were also involved but are missing from photo include Anna Moynihan and Aishah Aktar Litu.
