Skills can be learned by volunteering

Did you know that there's a life-saving defibrillator located at the Parish Hall which is there to use in an emergency?
And, according to Kevin O'Leary from Killarney Cardiac Response Unit, life-saving skills can be learned through volunteering.
"Training and awareness around CPR and AED usage is provided by many of the volunteer groups locally, further skills and training can be learned by volunteering," he said.
"The Order of Malta Ambulance Corps, which has a strong local unit, is part of a national organisation with units spread throughout Ireland, visit www.orderofmaltaireland.org to learn more."
