Second man arrested in fatal assault of Killarney man

Gardaí investigating the fatal assault yesterday (Wednesday) - which resulted in the death of Killarney man Thomas Dooley - have made a second arrest.
A man aged in his early 40s was arrested in Cork City this afternoon (Thursday), and taken to Tralee Garda Station where he is currently detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
A man in his 30s arrested in the early hours of this morning also remains in Garda custody.
Mr Dooley, from Hazelwood Drive, died in the attack at Rath Graveyard in Tralee when attending a family funeral. His wife Siobhan was also seriously injured and is currently being treated in University Hospital Kerry.
Investigating Gardaí continue to appeal for witnesses to come forward and for any person with camera footage to make it available to them.
