New fine dining eatery opens on High St
By Michelle Crean
Something's smelling good on High St, as a brand-new fine dining restaurant has just opened its doors.
Harrow, formerly Gabys, which has a Michelin-trained Head Chef, opened to the public last night (Wednesday) and is set to be a popular spot.
Owners Veerpal Yadav, Johnny Buckley and John O’Leary, with their knowledge, expertise and experience of the hospitality and fine-dining sector, are excited to add a new spin on the already thriving Killarney food scene.
"Together with our Michelin-trained Head Chef, Sebastian Lys from Rhiem, France, we have created a contemporary and refined menu using the best of local, seasonal produce,"Veerpal told the Killarney Advertiser.
"Our specially curated menu features prime cuts of Irish beef, aged in our own Himalayan Salt Chamber, hand selected fresh seafood with vegetarian/vegan and gluten free options available."
Although steak and seafood are at the fore of our menu, a choice of dishes and cocktails influenced by the colours and flavours of India add a diverse element to delight the senses and enhance your dining experience.
