National role for Judo Club’s Tim Kelly
Killarney Judo Club’s Tim Kelly was elected as Honorary General Secretary on the national board; the Irish Judo Association.
This role includes acting as point of contact for all clubs within Ireland, working with Sport Ireland and overseeing the high-performance coaching during the next Olympic cycle.
It has been a very few busy weeks for the club as the club begins to wind down for summer.
Muireann O’Brien earned her Black Belt on Sunday in Dublin last. Muireann has been training with the club since she was young and throughout the pandemic.
