Mystery shoppers to show they mean business in Killarney
A
A TROOP of mystery shoppers will be visiting Killarney businesses in coming days. Killarney Chamber of Tourism & Commerce’s Retail Action Group his week launched the inaugural Retailer of the Year initiative in town.
Sponsored by AIB, it will see applications sent to Killarney retailers, with an independent mystery shopping service assessing each shop participating in the competition.
The external look of the shop, general housekeeping, staff presentation and first impressions will be assessed. The results will be announced at a gala evening for retailers organised by Killarney Chamber of Tourism & Commerce.
