By Sean Moriarty
Killarney band, , will launch their debut album live on the Tatler Jack’s Lockdown Live Facebook page later this evening (Friday)
The Hot Touches, led by talented singer/song writer Colm O'Mahony album features eight original songs, each written by O'Mahony.
“[The album] explores issues such as love, loss, betrayal and defiance. The exploration of these topics and the wide ranging impacts they can have on our lives is what made rock music so powerful in the first place, and this album proves that it still has the power to perforate and infiltrate our heavily guarded senses,” said the Woodlawn singer.
To celebrate the launch, music fans will be able to download the entire album or individual songs for free on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The band’s initial plan was to reveal the album tonight at the Tatler Jack on Plunkett St but COVID-19 restrictions prevented that.
“We are so delighted we can do it this way,” added O’Mahony.
The Tatler Jack’s Facebook feed will go live at 9pm tonight.
