Kudos family fun day raised €1896 for Autism Friendly Killarney
The Killarney Advertiser team was proud to present a cheque of €1896 to Autism Friendly Killarney this week.
The funds were raised through generous donations during our Kudos Family Fun Day.
Autism Friendly Killarney is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting the people and businesses of Killarney in their efforts to make the community more inclusive and welcoming for autistic and neurodiverse individuals.
Since its founding in 2023, the organisation has gone from strength to strength, working closely with local businesses and residents to promote awareness and accessibility.
The event was generously supported by local businesses in Killarney. Mr Price donated a large selection of toys for the raffle on the day.
Spot prizes were vouchers which were kindly gifted by Who’s4Shoes, Bricín Restaurant, Murphy Browns Restaurant and Aromas Beauty Studio. The main prize of the day was from Igloo Memories (worth €350) for a family experience day. Committee member Bridget O’Keeffe accepted the cheque on behalf of the group.
