Killarney to head back to the 1990s this weekend
H
HEAD back to the 1990s and enjoy what was the soundtrack to our youth for many of us at an exciting event in McSorley’s this Saturday, November 18.
What tunes were big in Killarney in the 1990s? “Why not find out by taking part in this unique fundraiser in aid of Cystic Fibrosis Ireland and in memory of our great friend Patrick McSparron,” stated the organisers.
The event, which is not a fancy dress, promises plenty of nostalgia. “Tickets are €10 and all the proceeds will be going to CF Ireland. The idea came around because of the 20-year anniversary of Patrick McSparron’s death from cystic fibrosis,"added the organisers.
Tickets are available from: Who's 4 Shoes on High Street, Carry Out, Muckross Road, and Carry Out, Tralee Road.
Above: James Murphy, Kevin O'Sullivan, Patricia McCarthy and John Cronin.
