Killarney house sales top €1m in March

Six houses sold in the Killarney area brought in €1,159,000 in residential sales for the month of March.
The highest selling home was 9 Friary Downs, Park Rd, Killarney for €270,000 followed by 57 Pairc Chuimin Kilcummin, Killarney for €226,000. The third higest sale was Rose Cottage, 3 Old Killarney Village, Aghadoe which sold for €213,000 followed by a property in Beaufort Village for €200,000.
The lowest two sales were Gortloughera, Kilgobnet, Beaufort selling at €150,000 and 3 Flintfield, Faha, Killarney for €100,000. Sales were slightly down on February's €1.7m in according to figures on the Property Price Register.
