Killarney girl Mia cheerleading for Kerry Rose
A local girl’s dream came true on Tuesday night when she met her idol, the Kerry Rose Emer Dineen.
Mia Clifford, a young cheerleader from Killarney, was among the excited crowd gathered to welcome the 2024 Rose of Tralee contestants.
What made the encounter even more special was the pair’s shared history.
Mia is a member of Legacy Elite cheerleading academy in Killarney where Emer also performed under the guidance of Hayley Murphy.
Emer, known for her warm and approachable nature, took the time to chat with Mia and the other young fans, creating lasting memories for everyone involved.
The unexpected meeting brought a wave and joy for both, as they talked about their shared experiences.
