Killarney Gardai seize items under Criminal Justice (Psychoactive Substances) Act

GARDAÍ in Killarney today confirmed they have searched a business in the town in the past week under the Criminal Justice (Psychoactive Substances) Act.
It is understood that a number of items and products were seized. These items will be examined and tested by An Garda Siochána. “The investigation is ongoing and the results of the analysis will dictate the course of the investigation,” Superintendent Flor Murphy told Killarney Advertiser.
Superintendent Murphy added that it might transpire that the products are legitimate but investigation and analysis of the items is required.
