Keeping it seasonal at the Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder
F
From crisp pork belly to Glenbeigh mussels sourced from family-run ‘Glenbeigh Shellfish’, Head Chef Alan MacDonald has launched his latest seasonal menu at Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder.
With an ethos of promoting all things Irish, our seasonal menus have been inspired by decades of Irish cuisine and use the best of local produce in The Kingdom, guaranteeing freshness and a uniquely Irish dining experience. Traditional cuisine and Gaelic culinary techniques feature, with nuances of lobster scampi and seared Dingle scallops, not to mention the mouth-watering desserts including caramelised brioche pan perdu with salted caramel ice cream.
Lunch is served daily from 12pm, followed by an evening menu until 9.45pm with group bookings welcomed. If you are too busy exploring Kerry to have dinner, the Celtic Whiskey Bar & Larder also serve light bites until 12.30am on Saturday evenings.
