Irish language edition of Killarney author’s book in time for St. Patrick’s Day.

Killarney author Olivia Hope has had her debut ‘Be Wild, Little One’, translated in to several languages, including Irish.
illustrated by Daniel Egnéus, ‘Be Wild, Little One’ has travelled the world with American and Australian editions as well as translations into French, German, Greek, Chinese and Japanese.
In early February, Galway publisher Futa Fata translated her much-lauded debut into Irish – ‘Bí Fiáin, A Chroí’, just in time for St. Patrick’s day.
‘It's incredibly special to have your story published, but nothing can compare to the pride of having your work translated in your national language. I'm especially pleased with Tadhg MacDhonnagháin’s translation as he has kept the rhythm and rhymes of the original story - which is no mean feat!,” said Olivia.
Recently, the author visited bookshops across Ireland, including Eason Killarney, signing copies of both ‘Bí Fiáin, A Chroí’ and ‘Be Wild, Little One’.
