Ireland BikeFest Roared into town

Ireland BikeFest Killarney roared into action last weekend.
The free open festival, one of Europe’s anticipated biking events, drew thousands of bikers and visitors to the purpose-built Bike Village at Gleneagle.
The Bike Village came alive with traders, food stalls, merchandise stands, the Harley-Davidson Experiential Zone, and free live entertainment. The festival offered a high-energy atmosphere at the Harley Bar and more relaxed acoustic vibes in the Biker Lounge, catering to both bikers and non-bikers.
This year’s live music lineup featured a packed schedule across three stages, including performances from QWEEN, Live Lizzy, Joanovarc, Hells Bells, Bon Jovee, Cliona Hagan, Devils Cadillac, and The Harleys. DJs played late into the nights.
Bikers participated in guided ride-outs along the Wild Atlantic Way, with routes including the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula, marshalled by H.O.G. UK & Ireland chapters. Sunday’s Bike Parade rolled through Killarney town, led by Irish country music star and lifelong biker Jimmy Buckley as Grand Marshal.
Also on Sunday, the Custom Bike Show showcased custom builds. A new autism-friendly hour ran from 1 pm to 2 pm, offering reduced sound and lighting for a more relaxed experience.
