HeartBeat Killarney to host pilates session with Emir Coffey
Heartbeat Killarney is excited to welcome back Emir Coffey, a Pilates and Barre Concept instructor at Muckross Pilates and Barre, as the guest speaker for their upcoming meeting.
The meeting will be held on Tuesday this week at the Parish Centre on Park Road.
During the session, attendees will have the opportunity to try out chair-based Pilates, a unique exercise method suitable for people of all abilities.
Chair-based Pilates involves sitting on a chair or standing and using the chair for balance while engaging the core muscles.
