Free Folk and Trad concert at ANAM on Monday
The Anam Sessions continue this Monday evening, August 11, with a free concert of Irish folk and traditional music at the ANAM Cultural Centre, East Avenue.
The performance will begin at 7pm and will feature local musician Tim O’Shea alongside special guest Fiona Doyle.
Doyle, originally from Tralee and now living in Beaufort, is one half of the folk duo Riversiter. She brings a mix of Irish and Americana influences to her music, performing vocals and guitar. After more than a decade living in London, she has returned to Kerry and is reconnecting with her musical roots.
This is the sixth concert in an eight-week summer series hosted by Tim O’Shea, featuring a different guest each week. The concerts showcase both established and emerging talent from Killarney and beyond.
Admission is free and all are welcome.
