IT’S teatime in Killarney as the local Rotary club hosts its sold-out eighth annual Afternoon Tea at The Malton this weekend. The eagerly anticipated event will take place on Saturday, October 15, in aid of the Killarney branch of the Society of St Vincent de Paul.
A champagne reception and delicious afternoon tea will be followed by a catwalk show, showcasing autumn/winter collections.
A raffle with first prize of an original painting valued at over €450 and a musical treat are also on the agenda. “The event sold out last week and we are looking forward to presenting a hugely entertaining event this weekend all for a good cause,” said organiser Ciara Irwin Foley of Killarney Rotary Club.
