Gaelscoil Faithleann’s Parents Council will hold their annual family bingo afternoon this Sunday.
Taking place in the Mangerton Room of the Gleneagle Hotel, the event will raise funds for the school including paying for organising yoga classes, purchasing of equipment and organising guest speakers. Local Seanachai Ray O’Sullivan will call the numbers and the event, which is open to everyone starting at 2pm.
“These events are about much more than fundraising, they are about bringing the school community together and creating shared memories, they are about getting to know each other beyond the school gate, in a relaxed and fun atmosphere,” said Mary Carroll, Chairperson of the Parents Council.
“We look forward to a great afternoon on Sunday and welcome everyone to attend – it is open to all. All monies raised will go to supporting activities for children in the school.”
