By Sean Moriarty
A group of in excess of 150 people attended a fundraising quiz for Kilcummin Mothers and Others Ladies Football Team.
Under the watchful eye of quizmaster Cathal Walshe, the event at the Kilcummin Klub generated over €2,000 that will go towards playing equipment for the ladies’ team.
“After much preparation and weeks of organisation, we had a huge turnout for our table quiz last Friday night in the bar,” said organiser Ann Marie O’Leary.
“We would like to take this opportunity to thank all who attended and participated on the night. It was undoubtedly a great social evening for all in attendance.”
