Maggie’s Montessori children step out for Barnardos Big Toddle
The children at Maggie’s Montessori took to the paths on Wednesday this week to complete a special sponsored walk in aid of Barnardos.
Under the national campaign theme "Big Toddle Little Heroes," the preschool pupils completed a half-mile route focused on the idea of "children helping children." The local event is part of a nationwide initiative for the charity, marking the 23rd anniversary of the annual fundraiser.
Since its inception, the national campaign has seen early years groups, playgroups, and families across the country raise a combined total of over €4.84 million to support vulnerable youngsters.

All sponsorship funds raised by the Maggie’s Montessori community will go directly toward Barnardos’ Early Years Services. These services focus on providing essential development, early education, and targeted support to vulnerable children nationwide to ensure they receive an equal start in life.
