Captain White to bring Sam to Dr Crokes
Kerry captain and Dr Crokes player Gavin White will lead celebrations as the Sam Maguire Cup comes to the Black and Amber’s clubhouse on Lewis Road.
The "Captain's Club Night" is set for Friday, September 19, with gates opening at 6.15 p.m.
The event will give Kerry supporters and club members a chance to welcome the All-Ireland trophy home and meet members of the Kerry team.
Organisers have described the evening as a unique opportunity to "honour our captain and players, and share in the pride of Kerry football."
Live music will be part of the celebration. The Kerry team is expected to be on stage around 7.30 pm, The event is open to everyone, and you do not need to be a club member to attend.
