Gardaí seize €150k of psychoactive substances in Kerry operation
Gardaí from the Kerry Divisional Drugs Unit carried out a series of searches at commercial properties in Tralee, Listowel, Killarney, and Killorgin on Wednesday.
The operation was part of ongoing efforts targeting the sale and supply of drugs in the county.
During the searches, Gardaí seized psychoactive substances, cannabis edibles and vapes, and cannabis with an estimated value of €150,000.
The seized drugs will now be sent to Forensic Science Ireland (FSI) for analysis.
Two men, both in their 50s, were arrested as part of the operation. They were taken to Garda Stations in County Kerry and are currently being held under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
