Liebherr Apprenticeship Programme is now open

Liebherr Container Cranes has opened applications for its 2025 Apprenticeship Programme.
Aspiring apprentices can choose from three disciplines: Electrical, Mechanical Automation and Maintenance Fitter, or Metal Fabricator.
Each option promises a well-rounded training experience, blending hands-on practical learning at Liebherr facilities with classroom-based education. The 2025 programme builds on over sixty-five years of experience, ensuring recipients receive the very best education and training experience.
Liebherr apprentices get the opportunity to work on international projects at Liebherr sites worldwide.
They broaden their horizons, gaining exposure and fostering collaboration. Successful candidates can participate in an apprentice exchange programme with sister companies in Nenzing, Austria and Rostock Germany—an unparalleled opportunity to learn, earn, and connect globally.
“We take immense pride in providing young individuals a clear pathway into the world of engineering.
Our Apprenticeship Programme equips them with a diverse skill set, bridging theory and practice. It’s the springboard to a rewarding and successful career,” said Managing Director at Liebherr Container Cranes Charlie McCarthy.
Applications for the 2025 Liebherr Apprenticeship Programme close on August 31. Interested candidates should submit their up-to-date CV, academic results, and a cover letter outlining their preferred role and motivations to apprenticerecruit.lcc@liebherr.com
