Glenflesk couples who are celebrating milestone wedding anniversaries this year and those who celebrated during Covid attended a special anniversary mass at St Agatha’s Church at the weekend

The mass was organised by parish priest Fr Jim Linehan and concelebrated by Fr. John O’Donoghue last Saturday evening.

The special celebration took place in St. Agatha's church Glenflesk and was attended by couples who were celebrating their 20th, 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th, 45th, 50th, 53rd, 55th, and 60thAnniversaries.

The couples renewed their marriage vows while holding a Crucifix, the symbol of Sacrificial love and blessing.

After the mass the couples were invited to Spillane's Bar for celebratory wedding Anniversary cake and refreshments.
