New Operations Manager at Killarney Royal
Killarney Royal has announced the appointment of a new operations manager.
Roisin O’Sullivan, a native of Killorglin has joined the team at the award winning hotel.
Roisin’s love for hospitality first started during her summer job at Jack’s restaurant in Cromane, followed by stints at a number of restaurants and hotels around the Kerry region.
Roisin brings with her a wealth of knowledge, especially in the areas of Food and Beverage, having spent time working in the industry in London before returning to Killorglin in recent years to settle.
Roisin’s years working in the hospitality industry have presented her the opportunity to work with incredible mentors and allowed her to build a network of industry friends.
‘I am delighted to be joining such a truly amazing team at Killarney Royal. I am looking forward to enhancing our offering at Killarney Royal without losing the famous Royal charm and very excited to see where we can go with the team on this. Passionate in progressing individuals and the teams through education and training,” she said.
